About Property Search Alerts

What are Search Alerts?


Search Alerts are automatic property updates sent to leads via the CRM. Search Alerts are automatically created for new leads and contacts upon sign up, and fire a notification when new properties matching their specified criteria hit the website. By default, the automatic search alert will be named using the following format: a - primary location - primary price range. 


The benefits of Search Alerts include:

  • Company branding in email alerts
  • Search Alert links drive leads and contacts back to your real estate website to view full listing details and continue their search
  • Tracking of Search Alert activity and property view history for each lead and contact
  • Leveraging new listing data to create high-value notifications based on leads specific interests
Search Alert criteria can be found for each contact by clicking into their individual lead record.
