Assigning Leads to Agents and Lenders

Leads in the system can be assigned and re-assigned to agents or lenders within the Lead and Contact Center.  To learn about Automatic Lead Distribution, view the article here.

Assign or Re-Assign a Single Lead

To assign or re-assign a single lead, visit that lead record in the Lead & Contact Center.



Within the Lead, simple click on the name of the Agent or Lender assigned to the Lead.  If no Agent or Lender is assigned, you will see text that says "Assign Agent" or "Assign Lender" respectively.



Upon clicking on the agent or lender name, a popover box will display, allowing you to select a new agent or lender and save.  Upon saving, the re-assignment will be applied, and a note will be added to the timeline indicating the re-assignment.








Assign or Re-Assign a Group of Leads

To Re-Assign a Group of leads, simply visit the Lead & Contact Center, select the leads to re-assign, and then select 'Update Assigned Agent' or 'Update Assigned Lender' from the Mass Actions dropdown at the top of the lead list.  You will then be able to change the assigned agent or lender, and have the action apply to all of the selected leads.
