Your Inside Real Estate solution provides the ability to automatically copy your Inside Real Estate CRM on communications that you are sending/receiving from your leads and clients.
To ensure you are seeing all email communications to and from your clients, there are 2 steps:
1) Ensure your Email Reply-To Settings are on
This setting is normally on by default in your CRM, and will ensure that emails sent using your Inside Real Estate CRM, include a reply-to email address, so when your leads hit "Reply" on their email system of choice, it goes to your IRE CRM, as well as sending a copy directly to your personal email inbox.
You can then simply reply to that email from your inbox, and your reply will automatically log in your IRE CRM and send to the lead or contact.

2) Include your Personal 'BCC' Email Address on out-going emails
Each admin and agent user of the Inside Real Estate CRM solution also has the ability to utilize a BCC Email Address. This allows you to copy communications into your CRM right from your favorite Email provider, without logging in.
Your Personal BCC Email Address is in the format of:
bcc+[account_name]-[agent_id]@dropbox.ire-tools.com
To set this up, many email providers allow you to auto-bcc or auto-cc an email address for logging. When you send emails to your BCC address, the IRE CRM will try to match the recipient email to one of the leads/contacts in your CRM and then log the communication.
These settings can be especially helpful when BCC and the Reply-To settings are used together to simplify workflows.
