Facebook Ads and Source Designations

Facebook Ads and Source Designations

For Marketing campaigns, you can use Facebook Ads and route them through your site using the Source Label in the lead Dashboard.

You just need to format these ads with some extra information and it will route properly. For example, if you take your listing URL:

      http://dannisonhenry.com/home/Single-Family/13556-s-tuscalee-way/Draper/UT/84020/mls1266159/wfrmls/#wfrmls-1266159

Then add this tag to the end of your property URL:

      &medium=Facebook-Post&term=

and with the property street address:

      &medium=Facebook-Post&term=22180-Rio-Vista-Dr

(Note: Make sure to include hyphens instead of spaces on your listing address)

then you'll have this in the end:

      http://dannisonhenry.com/home/Single-Family/13556-s-tuscalee-way/Draper/UT/84020/mls1266159/wfrmls/&medium=Facebook-Post&term=22180-Rio-Vista-Dr#wfrmls-1266159

These extra tags will properly track the ads right for you when creating a post on Facebook.
