How to Update the Links in the Footer of Your Website (Video)

1:00 Login to backend:

Proceed to login to the backend of your website by going to the admin page.

For example: yourwebsite.com/admin

3:10 Edit About Menu:

Hover over the icon in the side menu that looks like four squares and then select Menus. From here we would select the About menu to edit. Then click the Select button to display that menu's settings.

4:48 Edit Featured Cities Menu:

Hover over the icon in the side menu that looks like four squares and then select Menus. From here we would select the Featured Cities menu to edit. Then click the Select button to display that menu's settings. Expand the tab Custom Links to add another featured city search.

 

To get the link for your specific city search you need to search that city on your home page using your search bar and then copy/paste the URL for that search's results.

6:50 Save Menu Settings:

Once you have your menu edited to your liking you just need to save the menu settings from there.

6:50 Update Footer Widget Settings:

To ensure everything is updated correctly it's best practice to update the Footer widget as well. Hover over the icon that looks like four squares in the side navigation and select Widgets & Sidebars. Expand Footer: Content Area 1 to update the specific footer section you were working on. Simply save after that and your footer will be updated.
