You have the option of automatically importing leads from other sources such as Trulia or Zillow. We have a few options with how you assign those leads from there, but the email information you forward your leads to is accessed in the same area.
To find out your site's lead dropbox email just follow these steps.
First login to the backend of your site and select the Import button in the Leads & Contacts center.
In this area you'll see two options; Easy Upload & Lead Dropbox. In this case you'll want to select Lead Dropbox.
After you've selected Lead Dropbox you'll be given three email tabs you can choose from. Here's what each of those options are for.
Company- This is for any leads coming through the main company site and will be distributed based upon the company's lead distribution settings.
Team- You would use this if you want to distribute leads between a team of agents. Usually you would want to have a team site specific for this and have lead distribution settings set up there. That way if you forward your leads to this team dropbox email it will be distributed automatically among the team of agents.
Personal- Use this if you want to forward your own personal leads directly to you and your agent sub site.
Once you've figured out which lead dropbox email you would like to use just follow the dropbox forwarding instructions there and your leads will import after we confirm your email.
