We are excited to release a new version of our solution with some much-anticipated and requested updates.

This version and release focused on a few specific improvements around the user experience along with some new feature support, including:

Home Search
  • Improvements to the user experience across mobile devices and screen sizes
  • Improvements to the search loading screens and experience while setting multiple criteria
  • Improvements to multiple-mls-feed handling
  • Improvements to search-around-me experience
  • Improvements to speed/performance of search recommend bar
  • Improvements to search counts & image handling
  • Improvements to Map Search & Polygon
  • Added option to send search / property alerts immediately (depending on market & package)
  • Added new email templates for search / property alerts

Advanced Lead Distribution (depending on package)
  • Added options for advanced lead distribution for teams and companies
  • Multi-tiered rules with 'Waterfall' Logic
  • Distribute lead by locations, price, and other search criteria

Lead Dropbox
  • Expanded criteria for Lead Dropboxes
  • Added new Lead Dropbox support for various sources
  • Improved reliability on Trulia & Zillow

Agent/Admin Dashboard
  • Lead Import options were expanded to support more fields
  • Improved speed of lead detail modal and added support for various mobile devices
Other Improvements & Fixes
  • Internal process support & improvements
  • Misc. Bug Fixes
