We are excited for the release of a new version of the IRE System.
The Version 2.6.0 release is focused on new automation options and Behavioral Alerts as well as Ease of Use improvements. Specifically, the following are included in this release:

- Trigger Action Plans from an Email/Text Reply from a Lead

- Auto-Sign in from 'View Lead' links in emails and text messages

Behavioral AutomationRules & Templates
A much-anticipated feature, the release of our new Behavioral Automation rules compliments our very powerful Action Plan system, but focuses on specific actions that leads and contacts take that should notify the agent and trigger a response to the lead.
Lead behaviors that are included in the new automation plans are:
- Viewing Properties multiple times
- Visiting after being absent from the site for a period of time
- High View and usage activity on the site in a short period of time
Each of these behaviors triggers a notification to the agent, with the ability to see what action was taken, and to allow or disallow the behavioral automation from running.
Various Action Plan Improvements
We have improved and expanded our Action Plans automation system to include more automation triggers and templates. Some of the additional features are:
- Automatically Changing a Lead's Status as an action in an action plan
- Allowing a Lead's reply to an email or sending in a text-message to trigger Action Plans
- Providing more templates with more intelligent, contextual information
Auto Sign-In from 'View Lead' Links
We have simplified the process of receiving leads and lead notifications and responding to those. Previously, agents needed to already be logged into their systems or to re-login. This can present issues and un-needed delays with lost passwords, etc.
We have completed a feature that allows agents receiving leads and lead notifications to be auto-logged in by clicking on the links sent to their personal email or phone. This allows them to access and act on the leads without the need to stop and login or fight with remembering passwords.
This feature can be enabled or disabled on an account-wide basis.
Lead Import & Lead Dropbox Improvements
We have expanded the supported Lead Dropbox sources, and included new fields for import. This provides some immediate benefits, and prepares the system for future updates to make importing even easier and more automated.
