A new version of the Inside Real Estate system is coming up for release.
This release has included a number of specific updates around the Home Search experience, new partners and integrations and other improvements and fixes. Specifically, the following are some highlights of items included in this release:
- New Home Search Search Bar (*Important layout changes here - read below)
- Updates to the new Property Detail page
- Addition of 15 new supported MLS Boards
- New Behavior Alert Functionality

New Home Search Bar
We always are measuring usage and monitoring best practices to ensure the best lead capture rate and website performance. This update to the search bar includes a number of small style/format changes along with some additional search logic changes to the bar - especially on the homepage. The updates include:
- Removal of the additional search options from the home page search bar (primary location only begins search)
- Initial recommend bar will not show the full dropdown of locations from the feed, instead it will display the history for that user (similar to what is in the Activity Bar, but simpler access)
- On Search results pages, selecting multiple criteria will not attempt to auto-search in-between, but will allow the user to select multiple criteria, then hit Update/Done to search.
- The user can select multiple criteria and hit enter on search results pages
These updates will provide a more intuitive interface for end-users searching for homes and properties, while making the experience faster and results better.
Addition of 15 new MLS Boards
We're continually adding new MLS Boards to meet our customers' needs, and during this release cycle, we were able to introduce 15 new MLS Board connections.
